Food network star

Eight former finalists get a second shot in the Food Network Star kitchen. For the Mentor Challenge, the competitors are expected to create something new using the ingredients of bizarre vintage dishes. For the Star Challenge, the contestants divide up into teams to plan and create a menu for delivery.

Food network chefs

Each competitor gets a summer theme and must livestream for eight minutes, and fellow contestants join each other's streams to ask challenging questions. Valerie Bertinelli and Tyler Florence determine who wins. Ten "Food Network Star" hopefuls are greeted by Giada De Laurentiis and Bobby Flay to kick off the competition; each finalist must create a portable version of their signature dish.

The remaining finalists create food podcasts about colorful snacks and film field reports from Los Angeles' hottest food hall, The Proud Bird. The finalists think they're cooking solo at an exclusive private event for foodies and tastemakers, but en route to their destination, Bobby Flay and Giada De Laurentiis reveal a twist.
